Easter Weekend

The first Bank Holiday of the year is already upon us as we get ready to celebrate Easter next week. Although taking place a little earlier than usual this year, we are so excited for the long weekend. With the extra couple of days out of the office, & the fun-filled two-week holiday of the little ones, make sure your plans include coming to see us at The Cricket Inn.

We will be starting the celebrations on Good Friday with our specially prepared Feast of Fish Specials with plenty of Spring Inspired fish dishes to indulge in. Paired with a crisp, dry chardonnay or pinot grigio, a great start to your weekend. Please see below our example Feast of Fish menu for a sneak peak of what you may look forward to sampling! Saturday will be business as usual at the pub, with great food & service, & of course great selections of drinks. Have you experienced our Cricket Inn Crumble yet? Our signature after dinner cocktail is available as part of our 2 4 £10 deal, not to be missed! 

Easter Sunday – a time most definitely set aside for family, friends & a great Roast Dinner. Alongside our Roasts, we will be offering a 3 course set menu (including roast dinner options) plus coffee for £30 per person. Exquisite starters, traditional mains & of course delicious desserts! Rumour has it that on Bank Holiday Monday, the Easter Bunny will have paid a visit to the pub, delivering some special chocolate treats for the little ones! But where will the chocolates be hiding? Grab your first clue from a member of the team & make your way into the garden to discover the next clues & find where the bunny has hidden his treats!
