Seafood September!

September is one of our chef teams’ favourite months, due to the fantastic quality of seafood available and we wish to share our passion for seafood with you with a few speciality events throughout the month.

From the 4th September to the 15th we will be running our first (and hopefully annual) Mussels Festival. As stated by award winning chef, Richard Smith, “In Great Britain, we are fortunate to produce some of the finest mussels in the world from really clean waters, creating a lovely, fresh tasting piece of shellfish”. Working with some of the greatest fish mongers throughout the UK, we will be offering a selection of different flavoured dishes, from simply steamed to Thai Green and our very own Thornbridge way, all from just £7.

The final weekend of the month, we will be launching our Steak & Lobster weekend with a mixture of classic and popular dishes such as; Lobster Thermidor, Tournedos Rossini and Pig Cheek & Lobster.
