Merry Christmas

And what a very Merry Christmas we have had here at The Cricket Inn!

After a busy few weeks finalising bookings, collating pre-orders and arranging rotas, we were all ready for one of the most special days of the year. Following Santa visiting to deliver stockings for our guests, the chefs putting their final touches to their dishes, the fires roaring and our teams all full following a special Christmas Day breakfast from the chefs, we were ready to open our doors in celebration!

Throughout the day, we were privileged to be joined by fabulous customers all in the festive spirit. From couples, to large families, 9 year olds to 92 year olds, we were lucky enough to spend our Christmas Day in the company of both new and regular faces, in one our busiest, yet most memorable Christmases yet.

In total, we were joined by over 130 guests throughout the day, all enjoying our delicious champagne arrival drinks, carefully crafted Christmas Day menu and of course plenty of mince pies (it wouldn’t be Christmas without a mince pie!) 

We wish all our friends of The Cricket Inn have had a fantastic day with family and friends and we look forward to seeing you all throughout the festive period.
